Dr Kehinde Kadiri, a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, University of Ilorin, has won the Outstanding Impact Personality of the Year Award of the Gani Fawehinmi Impact and Integrity Awards.
According to the University of Ilorin Bulletin issued on Monday, the award ceremony was organised in memory of the late Chief Gani Fawehinmi, (SAN) by the Human and Environmental Development Agenda (HEDA) in collaboration with the MacArthur Foundation.
It stated that notable guests took their turns to analyse germane issues that attracted the attention of late Fawehinmi during his life time and career.
