Applying for Overseas MSc and PhD scholarships to specific programs at specific institutions is part of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund’s (PTDF) mandate to develop indigenous human capacity and petroleum technology to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry.

The PTDF Overseas Scholarship Scheme is open to suitably qualified candidates for the 2024–2025 academic.
