To celebrate the 5th anniversary, an educational and inspiring program was held with the theme: MY GATE SUMMIT and various schools were invited to graced the occasion.


The programme commenced some minutes to 11 and it was anchored by M.c Ojoro. The opening prayer was led by one of the special guests in the person of Mr Tayo Osayomi.

The people on the high table include Mr Tayo Osayomi(the music teacher of divine step school), Mrs Juliana Ugu(representing Mrs Titilope ogunluyi( The Assistance commander of NDLEA, Lagos), Mr Mathew Oloye(the chairman of the event), Mr Deji Okeowo, Mrs Sarah Okeke(representing Mrs Oluwakemi Ojuri the chairperson of the day) and Mrs Olawunmi Orisande. The welcome remark was made by the executive founder of the GATE INITIATIVE in the person of Mr Adebayo George.

Dancing Presentation from Divine Step School, Orile.๐Ÿ’ƒ

Inspirational Talk from the representative of the Assistance Commander of NDLEA, Lagos(Mrs Titilope Ogunluyi) on the topic: Healthy living.๐Ÿ’

Mrs Sarah also gave opening remarks on the topic GATE MY GREATNESS”๐ŸŒธ

A Speech Presentation from Tenderland College, Orile.๐Ÿ‡

Drama Presentation from Divine Step School.๐ŸŒผ

Dancing Competition among the students. And 2 students emerged as winners. So Gate Initiative promised to pay 20% of their school fees as a gift to them.๐ŸŒน

Awards Presentation. Awards were presented to recognize, appreciate, celebrate, and encourage some personalities. And they include Mr Felix Iziomoh(Executive Director of International Centre For Leadership Development), Mr Ayoola Shoji Shonowo( A photographer and volunteer to many non-profits organisations), Mrs Okeleye Funmilayo(A Government school teacher).

Also, GATE INITIATIVE Ambassadors was not left out, Awards was presented to
Monisola Mustapha, the welfare director of Gate initiative, Oluwaseyi Famodun, The Publicity and media director of Gate initiative and Rekiat Joy Omogbai, the project coordinator for the Ibadan Gate initiative.

The program ended with a closing remark by the chairman of the day with a lot of dancing and facilitation and the students were overwhelmed with joy.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ
