Sharing is caring!

The Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC) , Prof. Itse Sagay on Tuesday advised Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State not to withdraw the ban on commercial motorcycles (Okada) and tricycles (Keke) which is in operation in the state.

He, furthermore faulted that the state government should have put in place proper means of transportation to alleviate the pain on the masses before putting a ban on okada and tricycles in the state.

He further said the state government must have considered the security of the state which is very paramount before embarking on the decision based on the unruly activities of the okada riders.

He admonishes the state government to put in place buses to make transportation easier for the people but not to reverse the ban because okada riders are menace to the people as they don’t obey rules and laws.
