Corps Members have been advised to take their security Paramount throughout their service year and avoid self-generated insecurity.
Managing Director, Octopus Security and Allied Services, Capt. Innah Enoh gave the admonition today while presenting a security awareness sensitization lecture for the 2019 Batch “C” Stream II Corps Members at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Obubra, Cross River State.
Captain Innah admitted that the security situation in the country has deteriorated over the past decade and every passing day, stressing the need for Corps Members to always activate their individual instincts and be mentally alert.
He further advised them to be conversant with security policies, regulations and instructions of their environment, wear friendly postures and report all observed security lapses and suspicious activities to security personnel in their neighborhood. He further advised them to be the Chief security Officers of themselves.
